Our one-bedroom Mariners Watch villa, AKA the "Mariner" is located right at the beach, with a wooded view - you can walk from your living room to the beach in less than 30 seconds. The villa is conveniently located on Kiawah’s East Beach, across the street from the Night Heron Park and a 5 minute from from Kiawah's swanky new hotel, the "Sanctuary". Also, just 30 minutes from historic downtown Charleston.

The villa offers a king-size bed, a queen-size sleeper sofa, as well as a full kitchen, washer/dryer, CD player, a TV/VCR in the living room & in the bedroom, and large screened porch.

Of course, your comfort is our top priority–there are plenty of feather pillows, Egyptian-cotton bed linens, down comforters and relaxing music from the fully-stocked CD player. The villa is beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated. It can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children or 3 Adults. No smoking or pets are permitted.

A $400 deposit confirms your reservation. We accept VISA/MC and debit cards.

We require a $400 deposit on your MC or VISA to place a reservation. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival.

Cancellation/Late Payment Policy:
* More than 6 weeks prior to arrival date: Cancellations received more than 6 weeks prior to arrival will receive a refund of all monies paid less 10% of the rental rate.
* Within 6 weeks of arrival date: There will be no refunds for cancellations received within 6 weeks of arrival date. However, if the property gets rebooked at the same rate, for the same dates, the Guest may request a refund of all monies paid less 15% of the rental rate.
* We recommend Vacation Insurance. TravelGuard insurance offers coverage for vacation and trip cancellation, travel interruptions and delays, emergency medical and health expenses, lost baggage and more. Travel Insurance is recommended since no refunds will be available for unforeseen circumstances such as illnesses, or Acts-of-God (such as mandatory hurricane evacuations).
