Our beach house is new to the Folly rental market. "Lamm's End" is a full service rental. Unlike most Folly Beach rentals, there's no need to bring extra suit cases loaded with sheets and bath towels. "Lamm's End" comes fully equipped with luxurious high thread count cotton bedding and fluffy cotton towels in the baths. Beach towels, beach gear and sunscreen are the only thing you need to haul from home!

"Lamm's End" is for selective vacationers, those who prefer a relaxing family holiday to a beach house that sleeps dozens and reeks of last week's house party. Our beach house is decorated in an understated tropical theme that mingles comfortably with oriental rugs and tasteful artwork. Playful elegance combines with AMAZING visual access to Folly's natural surroundings. We are situated on the tidal creek side of the island but the sights, sounds and ambiance of the ocean are easily enjoyed from the front deck off of the living area. We are a short stroll to the beach access. From the rear-screened porch, one can enjoy panoramic views of the Folly River, two historic lighthouses and uninhabited Morris Island. We find nothing more relaxing at the end of the day than to enjoy a chilled glass of wine watching the sun as it sets over the island!

"Lamm's End" has a keyless entry system. All access is controlled by access codes which expire after each rental. No need to worry about keys being copied, driving to a rental office or losing keys at the beach!

This cleverly designed beach house sleeps six. The reverse plan (living area up, sleeping quarters below) affords those previously mentioned incredible views. The three bedrooms include a queen in the master, a double bed in the second bedroom and bunk beds in the third.

Creative cooks will find a well-equipped kitchen with appropriate pots, pans and gadgets. Your comfort and relaxation are our goal! In order the ensure the pleasure and health of all of our guests, we emphasize that our beach house is strictly non-smoking and absolutely no pets are allowed. "Lamm's End" comes fully equipped with all cotton bedding & cotton towels. All you need to haul from home is your beach gear, sunscreen and beach blankets. We provide a two day supply of paper products such as paper towels, toilet paper & napkins. Our kitchen is well stocked with appropriate pots, pans & gadgets. There's an outside shower to wash away the day's beach sand. The beach house has fans in several rooms. There are teak rocking chairs and tables on the front porch to view the ocean. We have a screened porch overlooking the tidal marsh... the perfect place to unwind and watch the sunset after a hot day swimming and enjoying the beach. The best way to sum up Folly is to say that it is not "Disney." Located just 12-miles from historic Charleston, it has an eclectic flavor that embraces artists, surfers and yuppie boomers alike! Folly is by far the most laid back of the Charleston beaches. We are a short stroll to the beach and close to the former Coastguard Station. This area affords leisurely hiking along the undeveloped harbor and fantastic views of the lighthouse. The action of downtown Folly is just a short drive away. Restaurants, shops & coffeehouse are local phenomena. Dining choices range from a casual fish fry to restaurants featuring finer fare. Our famous fishing pier is a popular spot for anglers. World-class dining and shopping can be found in Charleston. The best way to explore the history, architecture and gardens of this captivating city is by horse drawn carriage. If you are lucky your driver will share some local southern gossip!
